a friend and co-worker's job that is about to be taken away from her

i have a friend named ebonna hugo.we work in the same institution.last friday,we had an evaluation and as a result,she was told that she won't be allowed to renew her contract (we are all MOA workers) as team leader, i did everything i could to change our superior's mind.but they wouldn't listen.i feel that their decision is so impartial and subjective.i know that she is doing her job well and although she has shortcomings,it doesn't mean that she's not an effective worker.i told them to give her a second chance because everybody deserves to be given a second chance.it's not as if her lapses and shortcomings resulted to death of someone or something.we all make mistakes, we're not prefect..nobody is.so please help me pray for her.we're planning to do something, it's sort of an appeal and we really need divine intervention for the success of this undertaking.she is not hoping to get her job back,she just wants to let everybody know that she did everything she could..she did her best unlike what our superiors are saying.thank you very much for your help:-)
