Healing of left Hand.

Cut left hand index finger badly on Sept. 1 - with electric hedge trimmer. It's apprx. 2 months - have been on antibiotics and natural home remedies - no healing. Please pray that finger heal completely. That I need no surgery. That there be no tendon, artery, vein or nerve damage. That all swelling and pain disappear.
