Mathews 25; 35-46

I live over a 100 miles away from where my son is incarcerated. My (CHRISTIANS)family members really are turning me off, I am 70 years old, not in very good health. I take the greyhound to visit my son, because I am the only connection in the family.
The reason none of these Christians visit my son is that "we don't go to those places". I have been a REAL CHRISTIAN always involved in those people's lives that need Jesus far and beyond always remembering the scriptures above.
I do not understand how those who call themselves Christians expect to please God being unloving people who only think about how good their families are. My son will have his birthday in jail without anyone visiting him. I make up excuses that his brothers and sister and other family members say hello to him when I visit him.
My son was born with a mental condition and has been accused of committing a crime that will, if proven to be true, maybe lead to life in prison. But I think that he is taking a rap for someone in the family. He knows the Lord, but because of the family who are so overly righteous and not caring at all, have always rejected him.
He is not a drug addict nor an alcoholic. He had a severe injury at work many years ago when a beam in the welding place he worked fell on his head and caused much damage. As a result, his mental condition worsened.
I am so discouraged at this point of my Christian life at the way so many Christians who have wonderful lives with no problems reject those who need to be shown the love of God.
Please pray for me as well as my son who is in jail.
God Bless. - Carol
Also, the Christians in this day and age don't help the elderly, I know many seniors who feel so rejected in their churches, no one seems to care about the seniors. We live in the days of a very uncaring, dysfunctional non-CHRISTLIKE LIFESTYLE.
