Prayer to set me free from the bondage of cigarettes smoking

I have been smoking cigarettes for over 30 years. It is a bad habit that I detest most reprehensibly but I have not been to stop this habit despite several efforts to do so. My spirit is willing but my flesh replels my will. Please pray for me to stop this habit. I strongly believe in the power prayers especially by the Communion of Saints.
