Proper decision and direction and wisdom fr.God

I am considering at the moment to sell my property (located in Manila(house and lot)at the soonest time.My son and his family urged us to join them by january 2013.at New Zealand .I pray and lift to God that He will give me proper discernment on this matter ,that right person will buy it and with the right amount involve.I pray too the money we will receive be used properly and shared to those in need.I pray for the right decision and direction from GOD.
