To have a job very soon

I have been jobless for 3 years already. I applied to different companies and also attended interviews and exams but always unsuccessful. Please help me pray that there will be job openings once again in the companies that I want to work at, and may those vacancies will be kinda "tailor fit" for my skills and qualifications. And eventually I will get hired for the position. Please help me pray. Godbless us all. Mama Mary please hear our cries.
