Two Steps Forward, Three Steps Back

The past several years have been discouraging. I'm unable to complete/say my prayers, missing mass more frequently where I used to be a much better child of God. Most of the time I feel as If I take 2 steps forward and 3 steps back and I'm sick of it. I want to completely give my life over to Almighty God, put on the armour of faith to fight the battles of today and tommorrow but not just for myself, but for others as well. Please pray for me as I have unintentionally shut everyone out of my life due to depression, I figured no one wants to be around a Debbie downer. I thank you in advance for your kindness and charity.
